How does this differ from other forms of body sculpting? Great question!
This form of body sculpting/contouring is a non-invasive method of lipolysis (lipo) that uses laser energy to heat and reduce or destroy fat cells. High temperature during the procedure can cause the fat cell to die. Additional treatments include the use of ultrasound fat cavitation technology that is very gentle to the skin when treating stubborn pockets of fat and radio frequency (RF) to tighten up loose skin caused by aging, pregnancy, and weight loss. Radio frequency energy stimulates the production of collagen and elastin – visibly tightening, toning and rejuvenating the skin.
How does non-invasive body sculpting/contouring work to eliminate fat from my body?
The procedure works by eliminating fat and toxins via the lymphatic and urinary system. The body’s lymphatic system begins to work during and continues to get rid of the dead fat cells within a matter of 8-12 weeks after treatment. Water intake is crucial in this process!
Why is drinking water so important?
Other than staying hydrated for health and well -being, this helps the body to respond well to treatments. Drink 1.5L of water following your treatments. Stagger 2L intake of water over 24 hours for a minimum of 3 days in between treatments. Always carry a large bottle with you to encourage water intake. Your body will thank you!
Which areas are treatable?

Why is exercising important post treatment?
A minimum of 30 – 45 minutes of elevated heart rate cardio exercise is required post – treatment. This is best to be done immediately after each treatment session, and for three days following. This is to ensure the stored energy released by the cavitation process is burnt off. If cardio is not your style, this is where infrared sauna sessions may assist, as it has a similar effect on the body. You can assist your body to flush toxins by following your treatment with the use of an infrared sauna. Lymphatic drainage will help eliminate released toxins from the body. This can be done post- treatment. Bottom line, be sure to break a good sweat same day of treatment and days following!
